Position: Sr. Designer/Art Director - Freelance Starts 10/05/09
Location: Manhattan
Status: Freelance
Estimated Duration: 1 Month
Rate: 35 per hour DOE
Job Description:
Our client is a top name in brand identity and design. They are currently looking to add 2 Sr. Level Designers/Art Directors to the team.
To qualify, you should be very conceptual and great with building campaigns and identity. You will be working on Print, Web and Packaging. You must able to manage several projects simultaneously, work efficiently against deadlines, and be proactive in addressing questions/providing solutions. You will be part of a team so you should be a team player but able to work independently as well. You should be able to bring big ideas to the table. Your style should be clean yet edgy and sophisticated.
You must be able to work overtime as needed. Must know InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint. Quark is a plus. You should have strong verbal and written communication skills, solid typography and layouts and have the charisma it take to help pitch to clients!
